My teammate is thinking about moving clubs.

What's up? One of my teammates is thinking about switching to a new club, only because his school friends are playing for the club. I have tried to convince him to stay, same with my other teammates and he says he probably won't jump ship. He is one of our good players and we create a lot of plays and we work together very well. If he decides that he wants to move, what are some other ways that i can convince him to stay?
