Nathan green needs to GO

JDB at Half was an absolute waist of time. He spent that whole first half just getting in the way. He wasn't doing anything a half would or should do. Very predictable play, let's just give it to Widdop. Should have at least had Hutch start and let the kid have a go or given Crook a go, shit anything would have been better than JFB as half back. Absolute disgraceful decision Mary. On a plus, Mitch Rein stepped up IMO to replaced by Garvey. Just didn't seem to have a leader tonight. Hope we improve with a few rounds to go. Heads up boys.

Are ewe shore he was a waste of thyme ? ( eye agree whiff ewe)

The old Creagh is useless brigade are out again. It's funny how often he is praised for his effort in different games (especially when we are winning) and then the knives come out when everyone has a shit game. He shows more loyalty then we do.

What a load of crap via the coach. He has gone against all good coaching principles via weakening one position and not providing a positive strength to the other.
Surely if we have a winger and half available why no use them, the team will be better in the future for experience gained by the players moving up.
No wonder our good juniors are moving on.
On another note I am not convinced by Hutchinson and as some member indicated earlier he has that Beau Henry look about him.I hope I am wrong and he can get that little bit of killer in his game.

Green is garbage, his card needs to be stamped. He is just not up to NRL standard, simple as that.

He actually looks CONFUSED out there, like the look on his face suggests he barely even knows where he is. He honestly looks like he's never even watched a game of Rugby League before he is just so far out of his depth.

He might be a decent NSW Cup player but he just doesn't have what it takes to step up to NRL.

I don't blame Green...he's not a winger.

I blame the roster management where when our half and winger goes down, we are forced to replace them with a prop and back rower.

Eto Nabuli was 18th man last night, wasn't he ?

Yep, and we think that much of Nabuli, we put Green in instead.

Almost as smart as putting De Belin in at half with Hutch available.

That would have to be one of the worst coaching decisions of the last decade...... The selection was complete rubbish......Give Hutch a go it could not have been as bad as what was dealt up last night......I really tried to believe in Mary but that will do me....

Forget about selections for a second. The key thing for me is that there are players in our squad that are here for no good reason.

Nabuli was brought in to replace an origin winger and international. Fast forward 5 months and our coaching staff now rate him less than Nathan Green.

Think about who our options as back up halves last year. Does the 5/8 for the Sharks come to mind? So when Benji goes down, our anointed back up is rated so highly that our coaching staff think a back up prop would be a better option?

So my question is, wtf are guys like Hutch and Nabuli doing here if our coaches obviously think they are rubbish. Who is making these roster decisions?

I often wonder what planet I'm on when supporting this team.

You are right....the same thing when Price was around we played Fein the whole season at half , At the time we had Williams and Drinkwater ...... Mate, they have lost the plot.....

Did you notice no one wanted to pass the ball to Green. He is the biggest loser I have seen play the game. What a disgrace.

It's not his fault he was selected in a position he is hopelessly unsuited for. We all remember how terrible Matt Prior was as a centre. I still think Green can put on a few kgs and become a solid forward in the Matt Prior mode who was very good in the Bennett years.

Our pathetic inability to manage the salary cap dictated a lot of the recruiting...

Yes, and people wonder why there is such aggression towards Doust by Dragons tragic s.

Young , Price, etc. He had to make a stand but he didn't. Getting Mulholland must have been a fluke!

Didn't Green debut on the wing? Pretty sure he came up as a centre/winger and only recently moved into the pack.

He can put on a few kgs and become a solid NSW Cup player but that's it. Can you honestly tell me from what you've seen of him that he will one day develop into an NRL quality player? Green has honestly shown nothing and as I stated previously, he actually looks lost and confused out there.

Harsh but true.

I agree he offers very little. Not fast. Doesn't have the leg drive, footwork or momentum to bust through the defence. Defence is just ok. And we only need one ranga.

I know but obviously he is no longer suited to that position. From what I have seen, I think there is a chance he may develop into a quality backrower. Not a star but as I said about Matt Prior.
