After winning 8 playoff games in a row (albeit against weak teams) the Magic are looking at being swept out of the playoffs

Lakers vs Celtics another step closer

Massive choke down the stretch by Orlando. VC's two missed FT's and then Redick advancing the ball off the defensive rebound instead of immediately calling a TO.

Wow as a Magic fan im pretty disappointed to say the least, yeah the 2 free throw by VC that he missed cost us, but the biggest problem Orlando have is they rely on the 3 point shot to much, if they don't shot it at 40% or more they lose, and also Rashard Lewis is a huge problem, he is sh#thouse, he is the highest paid player on the team, which is beyond a joke, 20 mil a year to jack up 3's.

Dwight Howard need help in the post, Lewis can't defend for sh#t, the only he score is 3's.

So the moral of the story for Orlando is they are no chance of an NBA title till they get a quality PF, they wont be able to trade Lewis because no one in their right mind would want Lewis's 20 mil a yr contract.

Good Luck to Boston when they play the Lakers, they will need it.

Yeah that Shard contract is a horror. Won't be running out anytime soon either. Was a bit surprised that SVG, in his post-game press conference, defended Lewis by making the point of how KG and Shard are basically cancelling each other out in this series. Jameer having a poor shooting night didn't help.

Boston are just playing awesome defense. They're staying out on the shooters and just daring Howard to beat them. Helps when you have a guy like Perkins who can, on most nights, handle Dwight 1 on 1. Statiscally Howard had a very good offensive night but I just don't think the Magic can win if they're relying on Dwight to carry them offensively.

KG eats Shard for breakfast, he might be a veteran but when he's fit and healthy theres not to many better, he did a number on Jamison pretty easy, now Lewis. At least he has a good chance when matching up on Pau Gasol, Rashard Lewis wouldn't stand a chance.

And your right Ridders, Boston's defense has been awesome the last two games and against Cleveland.

The Celtics are in good form atm and as people have always said the regular season means nothing, they are healthy now and have the experience to get past the Magic, on Orlando they just dont seem good enough and rely way too much on 3pt shots to win them games, this works in the regular season but not the playoffs.

Lakers/Celtics rematch....BRING IT ON!!! (hopefully)

go the celtics.

Rondo has been instrumental in their current form. the kid has been playing brilliantly, even knocking down a few jump shots when needed.

Don't know what to make of Ron Ron making 3s. LA up 67-58 in the 3rd. Kobe's facilitating well.

Suns offense is on fire atm. Scores tied 86-86.

Lakers failed to deal with Grant Hill playing the 4. Killed them in the 3rd.

Well its turning into a blowout now. Lakers up 120-106 with 2 to go. Excellent play in the 4th. Man the size discrepancy is just so telling in this series. Suns have no answer for Gasol and Odom. Kobe's played this perfectly, feeding both guys consistently. Bynum also played pretty well when he was in.

Orlando vs Celtics tomorrow. If Orlando are any chance of coming back in this series, you'd think they have to win Game 3.
