Seems as though Melo was channeling his inner Kobe in game 4.

In fairness without JR, scoring was going to be harder for the Knicks on the road.

Rockets just manage to hang on and avoid a sweep. The last 2 games have been pretty entertaining. Bit of foul trouble for both teams, think Rockets had 4 players on 5 fouls and the Thunder 3 players.
Thunder definitely missing Westbrook but still a good team with Durant carrying the extra workload.

It's quite clear at this stage the playoffs in the east are Miamis coronation.

The west looks far more complicated with Westbrook out. I'd personally love to see the Warriors get to the finals. The atmosphere the GSW fans create is incredible. Would love to see that in the finals.

Confident the Spurs will be playing the Heat but if not then the Warriors would be my 2nd pick I guess.
Hope the Knicks can get past the Heat though!

Impressive comeback in the series for the Grizzlies. Down 0-2 against the Clips and now up 3-2 with a chance to close at home.

Griffin injury hurt them today, CP3 tried to do it all but they just couldn't close the gap in the 4th. Grizzlies should close it out at home and get past the Thunder with no Westbrook.
I know I hate the Grizzlies but I really enjoy watching Randolph play.

lol Thunder doing Hack-an-Asik
Gotta admit it's really killing this game for me and it's not even working..he's making over 70% of them. Think that's the past 6 possessions in a row they've fouled him.

Yeah pretty stupid tbh.

Nice comebacks from both the Celtics and the Rockets. Both down 0-3 and now both are a game away from taking their respective series to a Game 7.

I could actually see both of them going to a game 7. Knicks should win their series and I think the Rockets might actually become the first team to come back from 0-3 down. (I don't think it's ever happened before?)

Yep never happened before in the NBA playoffs.

Even if OKC advance, this series is showing that they're going to absolutely be reliant on Durant putting up big scoring numbers.

The record is something like 0-105 for teams to win a 7 game series after being down 0-3. A game 7 has been forced from that position only 3 times.

Just found the stats.

NBA teams have gone up 3-0 103 times.
11 times a game 6 has been forced (the Celtics were the 11th)
3 times a game 7 has been forced
0 times has the losing team come back to win.

But records are meant to be broken.

Congrats to the Warriors on advancing. Their home crowd is amazing. Big game from Bogut in Game 6 with 14 points, 21 rebounds and 4 blocks.

+1

Glad they were able to hang on. Aussie vs Aussie in the 2nd round now.

The bogey man on song is truly one of the best centres in the nba, so quickly forgotten and underrated when injured. Hope he can stay healthy. When I heard he was going to the warriors I thought the combination of bogut and curry would be ridiculously potent and solid and it is. Big test now but I think they can actually pull it off. The nuggets were actually a great team.and they got butchered.

Bring on the Warriors!
Well done to them for winning the series. I don't expect a sweep but Spurs should take it in 5...unless they pull some bullshit last second shot like they did in the regular season lol
