Spurs easy win over Kings but Parker went down injured..hope it isn't anything serious and just a sprained ankle

Nuggets OKC game was good...Ty Lawson hit the game winning 3 with 0.2 seconds left (after the shot went in)

Hearing rumours that the Lakers may have hit .500. Can't find any sources to back it up. Probably bs

Closing in on the 8
With the Warriors sliding and Jazz + Rockets being inconsistent the Lakers could have the 6th seed by the end of March

Kobe is unbelievable, at 34 and still doing what he is doing into his 17th season is just ridiculous and a pleasure to watch, even the haters gotta give him his props!!

Curry has been great recently. Already setting himself to be the premier shooter of his generation. Hopefully his ankles hold up

God damn Kobe just went nuts on the Hornets. Lakers come back from 25 down to win 108-102.

Back to .500 baby :alcho:

Take that OKC!

Meanwhile Heat streak continues to 16 after a go ahead bucket from Lebron with 3 secs left.

As good as Harden has been, watching him annoys me sometimes. He just always seems to get foul calls.

That play was awesome lol

On the Lakers, I know I've said it before but seriously, what Kobe is doing is just remarkable, he never ceases to amaze!!

The only caveat to the game is that Lakers barely beat a terrible Hornets team, highlighted by two genuinly lol-worthy defensive plays by NO down the stretch.

1) Kobe brings up the ball and the Hornets pack their defense to the right side of the court, totally ignoring the fact that Jodie Meeks is camped out at the 3 point line on the left hand side of the court. Needless to say that Jodie Meeks gets a wiiiiiiiiiiide open 3 from this play, which he nails.

2) Lakers up 2 and inbounding ball out of a timeout. Hornets for some reason decide to defend the play as though the Lakers bucket was their own, allowing Kobe to just trail away towards the Hornets bucket, off the inbounds pass, and get a transition dunk with no in front of him.

Spurs keep rolling without Parker beating the Bulls by 18.
Ginobili really stepping up playing like the Ginobili of 5 years ago. Nice to see Patty Mills getting some extra minutes now too.

haha awesome

Spurs system is legit impressive. Part of me wants to see them win the ring this season, just as a reward for their execution. Watching the Lakers play this season just makes me appreciate them alot more.

haha always love a bit of recognition for the spurs, the team everybody forgets and writes off or being to old
This season HAS to be the last legitimate chance at a ring. Fingers crossed we can manage long enough without Parker and he comes back at 100%

Lakers get over 0.500? Yes they did.

30 point loss to Portland was ugly

In other news Lakers are now 1/2 game from the 8th seed and the first time they've been over .500 this season I believe?

For some reason I recall them being above .500 at one point earlier in the season. Could be wrong.

These last 2 wins feel kind of hollow though. Lakers are basically relying on Kobe going into god mode to barely beat scrub teams like the Hornets and Raptors. They're going to get pumped in the first round (if they make it). Just such a bad defensive team, and Kobe plays a part in that.

Meanwhile Heat continue along with their 17th straight win.

Deron Williams also went off on the Wizards. Not long after seeing Curry hitting 11 3s vs the Knicks, Deron matches him by going 11-16 from 3 point range. 42 points in all.
