Spurs have signed Damon Stoudamire. With Parkers injury I think it's a good short term solution. We'll definitley need to draft a good backup PG after we traded Udrih and Stoudamire is 34 so we really can't afford another player on the verge of retirement if we're going to keep on being competitive.

Kings send Bibby to Hawks in five-player trade

Seems the flavour of the month, another somewhat significant trade with the Hawks aquiring the services of Mike Bibby. To me the Hawks did give up a fair bit, but did receive an upgrade at PG, and adds some veteran play to their young and talented roster.

They never have shown more than 2 regular season games a week on ESPN
It used to be Weds and Saturdays, now it is Thurs and Saturdays.

Spurs aquire Kurt Thomas from Seattle for Brent Barry, Francisco Elson and a first round draft pick.

He'll help wih defending Shaq, Nowitzki, Gasol etc in the Playoffs with TD. Barry is still injured for another 2-3 weeks and Elson is a dud.

Yao Ming out for the season with a stress fracture i think. Huge loss for the rockets and i don't see them making the 8 given how good the west is. At least T-Mac won't have to worry about choking in the first round.
