In the Cavs vs Pistons game, Stuckey collapsed and had to be hospitalized.

Hopefully he's OK.

Magic just gave Lakers their first 3-game losing streak since they acquired Gasol. Don't think there's anything to worry about just yet as a Lakers fan, done remarkably well over 2+ years to stay that consistent.

I know I harp on about it at times but it always kills me when I see a major discrepancy between Kobe's and Pau's shots. 30 to 13 is just too much.

That's fairly common though isn't it?

Thing I don't get is Lakers 4th quarter offence in a close game consists of Kobe post up or Kobe iso (occassionally with a high screen as an after thought). That's it. On a team featuring skilled passers like Gasol & Odom that pose matchup problems almost nightly. In the fourth today he took as many shots (13) as Gasol did the entire game, and only recorded 1 assist. When they win, there's never any complaints, just gushing praise of the all-conquering Kob-ah I mean, Lakers.

I just don't think enough is made of how under-used, at times, Gasol is in the Lakers offense. IMO the guy is a top 15 guy in the league yet there will be games where either Fisher or Artest are getting more shots/looks then him. It defies basketball logic to me.

Just seen the highlights, looks like the game between Magic and Lakers got a little heated at times, between Matt Barnes and Kobe lol good sh*t.

I support Orlando so hopefully they continue the good form going into the playoffs.

Jameer Nelson has picked up his play in recent games, which is definitely a good sign for the Magic. Given they don't have Hedo anymore, they rely alot more on him for the playmaking duties.

Yep, Dwight (and Vince) might be the key to winning the East and getting to the finals, but Jameer is the person who can threaten LA. If Dwight is on song, there is Pau/Bynum/Odom to stop him and foul him out of games. But if Jameer fires - it's basically D-fish and an unproductive bench? He wasn't any good in the Finals last year and he's had a huge stretch of terrible play, but it looks as if he is some way to being over his injuries (touch wood).

Realistically I don't see Orlando beating LA in a seven game series, but damn it was nice to see them get a win today - Matt Barnes has been winning Magic fans over for months for his physical play and will to win, but he went another step today. Love that sh*t. Gotta love Kobe for not flinching either - but for too long the Magic have had a soft-edge to them (largely because of Dwight, but not exclusively) and Barnes seems hell-bent on changing that attitude on his own.

And I love him for it.

Lakers are going through a bit of a slump but the Magic game was a bit better. Hopefully they can turn it around and get back to some form heading into the playoffs.

ps. How good was it when Kobe didnt flinch when Barnes faked to throw the ball at his head lol loved it!!!
