Well, no surprises. Melbourne got out to a massive lead in the first quarter, Cairns missed their first 2093409234 shots (or so it seemed) and the Tigers won quiet convincingly in the end.

according to this article the 36ers are making Newley an offer as well as Dench.
And I love this quote though.

"We don't see how Melbourne could fit Brad into the side legally," 36ers operations manager Paul Bauer was reported as saying.
