Just my opinion, as i stated in the main forum, i am not a fan of it at all. That little bit of what around the collar looks awful, and the V not filled in does nothing for me either

Yep, it's easily the best of our 2009 jersey selection.

I don't know if that's saying much. To be honest, I don't like them. It looks to me as if someone splashed some white paint under the collar and slapped $180 on it to say it was something new for the fans to shell out for. Meh.

i was planning to but the new shirt this year, but na... not anymore. its just such a common shirt, im pretty pissed how it is the exact same as the wellington union shirt, it just puts down the quility of the shirt

Agree Blain, the home and away jerseys are just the typical Canterbury template ... it's even under the "RUGBY" section of their website. It's pretty sad that they couldn't put any individuality into the design.

On the other hand though I haven't seen any of these jerseys in the flesh yet. Sometimes they look quite different in person.

The heritage strip didn't come out too good on that scan but it's more of a dark blue, like the 2007 retro strip. IF I buy a new jersey this year it will be that one.

*bump*

Here's a shot from the official launch earlier this week. It's not that clear, but apparently that's Sonny Fai's signature above the Warrior logo on the jerseys.
