New Nrl- where would the teams be

Union is bringing in Argentina and Japan Ffs. We aren't brave enough to bring in Perth!

"Bravery" has nothing to do with it - there was a massive financial incentive to bring in both and both countries have a strong enough rugby union tradition that they've demonstrated at the international level to prove their competitive capacity.

That's not saying I don't agree Perth is a no-brainer, but for SANZAAR Japan and argentina basically mean two new sets of very large potential audiences in favourable time slots.

This seems more logical to me.... you dont need an excess of teams, this should be the base at lease

Never any love from the NRL for central and north Qld. There is so much support up this way most people just don't have a clue. In all honesty if there were teams in cairns, Tville, Mackay and Rocky the competition would be so much stronger in talent depth. If decent stadiums were Bukit in these areas with all 4 Towns having teams the rivalry between them and the crowd support would be overwhelming. I personally think f**k the NRL. Queensland should have there own break away comp with PNG,NZ,Melbourne n Perth and NSWRL can finally have what they always have wanted a nsw comp.
