Mate…as an example, let’s say a top/ up and coming player has the chance to join the Dragons with the likes of BMM and Sharon in the team or the dogs with fox, Kikau, Maloney etc. in the team for the same money…who do you think he’d join? Which team would have more of a chance of him winning a comp and improving his game? Don’t blame the people on this forum for the dragon’s ineptitude, and their f**k ups that the whole world can see except for the dragon’s management

However our recruitment effort over the past 5-10 years could best be described as mediocre.

Which clubs are those? Even the Panthers and Roosters were complaining that they didn't know the cap so couldn't finalise contracts and their squad.

All clubs have put negotiations on hold due to the uncertainty

Let him mature in first grade rather than stagnate in the lower grades and risk being snapped up by outside interests. Or is that a case of throwing him to the lions.

Kid will get crucified he is nowhere near NRL standard and it would be detrimental to his development not to mention he would need approval from NRL to play as he is under 18, let the teenagers develop in the lower leagues, we just have to accept we will be a mid table club until some of the juniors are ready or we bring in better standard 1st grade signings.

Feels like the club hasn't just missed the boat they didn't even know they were allowed to get on.

Tigers who finished last and have been on the nose now with Staines, Klemmer, Korisau, Papalii & Bateman versus our Musgrave, Liddle & Lui-Toso. If it were a fight the authorities wouldn't allow it to proceed with concerns for our safety.

That's the problem let him mature in first grade as you say , agree but won't happen with Hook , he would rather Woods in top grade than the kid ..... Very interesting season ahead of us , Will Hunt have a season like he did this year and do everything, or will Sully get game time now in the halves , and give him time to settle in ? ..... will Sloan be given a good go at fullback or will Mybe be blocking , both Sully and Sloan ..... Time will tell .....
