I note with some interest that TheMOTH’s nay-saying, doomsday proclaiming herd has a new member. Welcomed to the flock this week was none other than Estoboy – TheMoths one time occasional arch nemesis. This latest acquisition will surely have Sheens, Noyce, & McDonnell quivering in their X-Blades, as the pitchfork wielding, torch bearing lynch mob’s burgeoning membership encroaches on double figures.

Not that luring Estoboy to the dark side is any great achievement. He’d follow Mahatma Gandhi into a rumble against the NYC Charter of the Hell’s Angels, if he thought it was popular. He’d probably even sew a 40 square meter flag (hung on a pre-endorsed plastic pole) & witty banners to take into battle. He might even become the founding member of the Gandhi World Order & wax lyrical about the new organization on Wikipidea (with pictures of said witty banners).

Here is my suggestion for a witty banner – “The Sky Is Falling”.
Not very original or even slightly accurate I know, but then again TheMOTH’s sheep have never indulged in original thought nor paid any mind to truth.

Ironic isn't it?. For the past two years you've poked fun at the WTF & the "dopes" it attracted. Now with the departure of Fitzy those "dopes" in the FWO are searching for a new anti-hero to worship. It looks like they've found one - YOU!

Get back to helping Estoboy paint his banners & make his flags. I look forward to seeing them at the one or two games I'll go to next year. Are we playing any at Bluetongue again?

- Sheens has made one finals series since 1996
- Sheens has won less than 44% of games in his time at WT
- Sheens has won less than 39% of games since 1996
- Simmons (as either head coach or assistant) has presided over defences that leak on average 24 points per game since 2000
- We let a 2 time premiership winning centre go and retained the recruitment manager's son for 3 yrs
- Said mongoloid son has played in 22 games for WT. The team has won 3 (roughly 13%)
- We won 2 from our last 7 games and did not make it in the 8 ahead of a Lockyerless broncos
- We have for next season committed ourselves to having 4 `home' grounds
- Tim Sheens opted to sign a parramatta utility (and a sh*t one at that) to replace Scott Prince.
- Tim Sheens (after seeing how sh*t Morris was for 19 or so weeks) then opted to shift the game's best hooker to halfback to overcome this. He then shifted one of the game's outstanding 5/8s. Sheens took the decision to sign Morris. The buck stops with him

You can not argue with the MOTH's facts, simple.

Our retention and ability to attract players, so close to winning a comp(miracle, I still love it and watch it) has been atrocious.

Well, for mine, I'm happy to have Sheens see out his contract. If 2008 is like all-bar 2005, I'll be happy to see him gone too any he can take Royce with him. We don't want or need another Tommy coaching us if Sheens goes. And yes, I'd be happy to see Royce move on now.

Most reasonably minded people think along the same lines. TheMOTH however would have punted Sheens at the start of this year. His irate rants on the subject has affected the feeble minded much like the pied piper and his rats.

Things aint rosey at Tigertown but one more year with Sheens in charge is more than reasonable, given what he did in '05.
