Ive said it before but i will again. With dog shite halves Coote or Moylan are the better option. Teddy is the better fullback with his power running but it wont mean shit

Wait what? Doesn't Tedesco play with dog shit halves? Or are you saying Brooks/Moses are good

Coote plays with Thurston/Morgan plus a monster forward pack

Hard to judge Moylan because he's been out of the game for like a year

Tedesco is probably the best fullback in the comp at the moment. He has to be NSW fullback regardless of who the halves are.

My first contribution to Origin 2016!

I'll start by saying that Daley should already have used the big red texta to cross a line through the names of:

Paul Gallen
Greg Bird
Robbie Farah
Beau Scott
Mitchell Pearce

.

Who would you put as captain for NSW if you wiped these guys out? Maybe Aarron Woods, but he pretty young (25) to be made captain in such a presser cooker series. Its why I think at least either Paul Gallan or Robbie Farrah will have to be there for some leadership.

This is the whole trouble with State of Origin. Queensland are like a woman going for a night out who only owns one dress. But it's a good dress. NSW on the other hand, own 10 dresses, and can't decide which one to wear.

what leadership do either of these two provide? they're selfish players who more often than not hinder the team rather than improve it. how many new players does NSW need to pick and are reduced to bit parts while the same old merkins pad their stats?

the same old merkins haven't given NSW much to celebrate in the last decade. they look good individually but don't play for the team. can't believe that they're still the first players picked each year.

daley needs to disinfect the joint and doing away with the likes of Gal, Farah, Bird and Scott this season is a good start.

Cordner who hasn't played a game of NRL yet and Jackson who has apparently played NRL this season yet you wouldn't know.

One-dimensional Dugan over try-scoring, try-stopping Tedesco.

f**k off, you're drunk.

And QLD got their dress from a designer store while NSW got their 10 from Mt Druitt Vinnies.

Might seem pretty left field. But if plodder Daley goes with a bench utility and sticks strong with Dugan at FB could there be a case where teddy could take a bench spot. You can't keep him out of the team. He's almost identical to Morgan in size and weight and they have faired well with hin. He'd be incredibly dangerous at the back end of the half and might be a good way to ease him in to origin with a look at a full time spot in the future.

A specialist fullback on the bench? That makes as much sense as picking Anthony Mundine and using him at dummy half. It might sound good in theory but it just won't work.

I agree with one thing Matty Johns said last week on Triple M. I hope they only pick one fullback and don't try to shoehorn one or more of the others into the side in other positions (e.g. Dugan at centre or wing). For mine that just creates greater problems.

Fullback yes, one that could comfortably excel as a 5/8. Morgan was a fullback too. My theory is about having another angle of attach not putting two fullbacks on the field. If Morgan can play as a third ball player and slot in is "Backrow" no reason he couldn't either. In just worries he will be left out or languish on the wing get found out and ruin his confidence before he gets a decent chance.

Laurie Daley was interviewed on the Sunday footy show and he said that Josh Dugan would be picked it was just a matter of where. So basically he is not ruling using Dugan somewhere else other then fullback.

Daley is probably my favourite player of all-time but holy shit is he a dope. He talks as if NSW have been doing a good job over the years and players like Farah, Gallen, Pearce, Scott etc have never let NSW down.:crazy::crazy::crazy:

Sezer's making his claim for the #7. If Daley wont go for two new haves, they could do worse than partnering him with Maloney and putting Austin on the bench.
