Lol

No Teddy, no Bird, no Cartwright.

NSW don't want to win.

They'll get f**king pasted.

I can't wait for Walker's 10min cameo again.

And guess who is going to take Wade Graham's place?

They did announce two development players spots instead of the usual one for SOO game 1 in Sydney.

Wade does have loading points from last year, and that head shot from Graham doesn't get any dangerous than that on Thurston.

The match review committee will be under relenting pressure from those north of the border to stand down Graham given the track record of N.S.W. players in the past controversially getting off scott free.

And the last thing N.S.W. needs is for the Queenslanders to get further motivation by seeing another Blue get off.Especially when it was their Prince Thurston who got collared.

So Walker gets picked for game one, on the bench as a centre. After criticism of the decision the coach publicly owns the decision (which I can respect). When a centre goes down in the pre-game, he isn't put in the centres, they go to another guy and pick him instead (essentially saying he isn't even in the top 3 players in the state in his preferred position). The game goes on and it's clear the coach has no roll for him to play off the bench and as a result he sits there twiddling his thumbs for 73 minutes. Eventually he gets thrown on, out of position and makes a crucial error in his only involvement.

After all of this the coach/selectors think it went well, and pick him again..........yeah seems like a good idea.

Look, I hope he proves me wrong, I am probably a bigger NSW cheerleader than most on here, but this selection is truly baffling.

It's almost like Daley wants to lose the series by not picking Tedesco. It boggles the mind how clearly NSW's best fullback doesn't get picked.

We will leant this week if intentional stomping is deemed just as dangerous as a high shot.

If Tedesco is fit, he has to play. We really don't want to win if we don't pick our best players.

Tedesco was never a chance for this game. Maybe game 3, if the stars align for him (ie NSW lose and Moylan has a shocker), but more likely next year. Others have had to wait. It won't kill him.

It boggles the mind how clearly NSW's best fullback doesn't get picked.

You might remember Tedesco was injured and not available for Origin 1. The fullback who was selected has been retained, because it is pretty poor selection policy to just unnecessarily chop and change your team mid series, bringing in one debutant after another and just dropping people after one game. Your mind must be very easily boggled I'd suggest.

He showed in the first half yesterday why he was chosen.

I think they do want to win. They just believe that the side they picked in the first place can do it. Maybe you could get behind them.

You said that tedesco can't be picked on just one game (which he clearly wouldn't have been anyway) yet then implore walkers selection for 2 plays in a game that his team lost, when he's form for the majority of the season has been well below average.

Mmm he will be there one day for sure. But in a team lacking attacking players, in a game where we need to score points, I think he needs to be there.

If we lose this series again, surely Daley is gone. Bozo too I hope.

After the way Walker played against the Panthers,Daley obviously had no choice but to keep him on board.

Dammed if he did, dammed if he didn't.

Did walker play off the bench for 7 minutes against the Panthers?

If Daley must pick him again, then pick him at centre and let him play the full game.

I'm not mad on Walker but he did show what he could do against us yesterday. However, I think Daley has retained him (and Moylan as well for that matter) because he wants to build up cohesion in the squad, and I applaud him for that. He would not have been my choice as bench utility though.

Who cares. IMO it is obvious that Tedesco is NSW's best fullback for Game 2.
Daley could have picked Moylan on the bench as a bench utility instead if he wanted to retain him. I wouldn't have really had a problem with that either.

Cohesions is going to mean f**k all when NSW lose the series, Daley gets sacked and the new coach picks an entirely different side next year

Honestly wish none of our players were picked. Origin is just club football without the cohesion nowadays anyway

Moylan on the bench would be about as useless as Walker on the bench
