Yet you can't turn away from commenting about it on a thread. You know what I don't like? AFL. I think it's a silly game. Same with soccer. You know what I don't do, spend my time trolling about it them on sports forums. Seriously, what's your end game here? You don't like rugby, good for you.
I comment on it because I can mate thanks to freedom of speech and the last time I checked this was a rugby league thread about NZ2 dealing a massive blow to union and I’m adding my two penneth worth thank you very much.

personally as much as I don’t care for domestic rugby union I wouldn’t want to see it die(don’t think it will btw) in any country because it’s somebody else’s game that they enjoy like rugby league is mine plus I wouldn’t want to see people lose their jobs from the players, coaches, admin staff etc down to the people who operate the turnstiles, stewards and food and drink kiosks on match days.

But we could give them a job in League 💁‍♂️

Semi final! 2 NZ teams! The stadium only holds 18k ! Surely a sellout!
But..

I see empty seats.. an entire section is only 20% ...

Even I'm surprised!

Why? it was a freezing night in a dilapidated stadium, only the most diehard would have turned up. Cheaper and more enjoyable to watch it at home or in a bar, than at the end of a ground on uncovered scaffold seats.

This is the exact same stadium that the Warriors played a TRIAL and got a bigger crowd! Lol
Semi final!
2 NZ teams!

There is a tad bit of difference between February and mid June... And of course the TV ratings will be massively different as well.

The stadium holds 18k, it's a semi final against another nz team with empty sections!
Your denial is breathtaking.

Denial of what? A game played in mid winter with ticket sales of only 4 days and it's the temporary end scaffold built section. So what? It doesn't mean anything.

Tv……all blacks.

You guys are hilarious.... When its up against the AFL who get better crowds.. It's crowds don't matter, tv audience is all that matters... When a League team gets better crowds, its TV doesn't matter its all about the crowds....

Settle down Elon I wasn't trying to inhibit your forum freedom of speech, just trying to make sense of your commenting. :p

Your second paragraph seems at odds with both your previous posts and your buddies on the thread. But thumbs up for it.

I remember your Covid stance from a few years ago so you have form.

not at all. Just because I don’t like rugby union it doesn’t mean I want to take away peoples livelihoods.

Huh? Seriously stop crying about free speech because someone asked you why you're bothering to comment about a sport you don't like.

As for your second comment, you specifically said Super rugby (but you used one of your cool funny words) should be exploited, not sure how that can happen without affecting people's livelihoods.
