Nicholls 124 off 80
Neesham 12 off 6
He gets a pass mark for that lol
Tough, tough call
Sri Lanka in trouble. 3 wickets and 14 balls. Now Thisara Perera is at the crease. 117/4
Perera came to the crease at 121/5 in the 2nd ODI
What about now.
5/190 - 19 overs
lightening to strike twice with Perera?
abouts 9 an over from here, he hangs around could be interesting
I'm still worried about Munro and how committed we seem to be to a Munro/Guptill partnership if we carry Nicholls to England.
Probably all up to Gunathilaka now.
246/6 after 39.3
no kiwis watching this t20?
SL won toss and send NZ in
NZ 7/149 - 17.4overs
were 5/55 after 10 overs
Kuggeleijn going the tonk
'7/156 - 18 overs
SL chasing 180
SL 3/73 - 7 overs
That man Perera 13no
Helluva recovery from Scott Kuggeleijn and Douglas Bracewell.
In fairness though, I think Sri Lanka will be mere plodders at the World Cup. They have one capable bowler in Malinga, the others are dreadful hit me and hit me hard bowlers. Their batsmen are floggers who are hit and miss.
There’s no Murali, no Sangakarra, no Jayawardena, frankly they all look club cricketers who love a tonk and a skewie of Tooheys Old.
I didn't see it, but looking at the scorecard, good to see a decent performance from Bracewell with the bat. Also, Kuggeleijn.
Thus ends the tour.
Test Series 1-0 NZ
ODI Series 3-0 NZ
