All from SMH:

Penrith captain Craig Gower (knee) was last night ruled out of tomorrow night's match at Parramatta Stadium and replaced by Ben Rogers.

Parramatta interchange player Chris Thorman - likely to be omitted from a five-man bench against Penrith - will hold contract talks with the club next week. He's been linked to several clubs in his native England.

Intresting that Parra are still going to at least try and keep him, but I think he will go somewhere

SHARK RETURN TIPPED: With John Morris tipped to move from hooker to five-eighth at Parramatta next season to accommodate the signing of Mark Riddell, Cronulla players are expecting Adam Dykes to return to the club next season. Dykes, who previously played under Stuart Raper in the Sharks' lower grades, has another year to run on his contract with the Eels. Meanwhile, Hull is the latest Super League club to express an interest in Parramatta half Chris Thorman - strengthening speculation that the club's Great Britain representative Richard Horne may be headed to South Sydney. So, too, might Roosters prop Peter Cusack.

Not really all the surprising, It was talked about last year that Dykes might go with Riddell it signing it just adds to the speculation.

The Roosters are vying with St George Illawarra for boom Penrith second-rower Frank Pritchard, who is keen to stay at the Panthers but may be also squeezed out by the salary cap.

Oh well, seems all but assured Parra won't be getting Pritchard

Bulldogs second-rower Jamie Feeney has also been linked to the Tigers after being told he was free to leave immediately, despite having another 18 months to run on his contract.

And Feeney seems unlikley aswell

If Dykes goes and Morris is shifted to 5/8, he will need to work hard on his kicking game. He has alot off nights with the boot its one area he needs to patch up. Im not surprised with Dykes heading home thought since coming to Parra he hasnt set the world on fire and a return home to the sharkies would do him good me thinks.

As for Pritchard, i dont think we were ever in the race for him. My tip is he will be a Panther still!

Money Talks my friends.
I can see that there will be a at least one more big signing and it may be very big indeed! Wait and see.

it's probably a good thing if we don't get any more second rowers (possibly with exception of Morrison). We've got quite a lot of second rowers/locks at the club already:
Hindy
Cayless (interchangeable with prop)
Afamasaga
Stapleton (interchangeable with prop)
Wagon
Muckert
Muspratt
O'Dwyer
Mateo
Widders
Hopkins (if he's re-signed)

and probably more I have forgotten
