It won't be said by many, especially the rabid bald humans of the Eels forum, but BA was huge for this club. Never a great coach but always a good one and he built us back from nothing, even if he always undervalued the hooker role and centres for mine. We kept him one contract too long but the 2022 GF appearance made it hard to go in another direction.

Sad it ended this way but if we weren't going to re-sign him then why prolong things.

Tbh, there's a sick part of me that hopes everyone who bitched endlessly about him is subjected to a three year deal for T Baz. Lol
