Well cricket they can sell to the Asian market as well as keep those locally.

I am sure as rights holders in Australia it is opens the door to have talks add ESPN to DAZN particularly in countries that don't have ESPN +

WWE content is leaving Fox next month, The HBO stuff will follow.

So the question comes what value is in Foxtel as it stands now?
They can buy international rights to those sports without buying foxtel, in fact that’s exactly what DAZN do…

Murdoch is famous for knowing when to get out of a business. The short term value in foxtel is the cable, but that’s churning with every year, long term it’s the subscriber base made up primarily of NRL & AFL fans.

Be interesting if DAZN do buy Fox. Will they take over production of sports coverage here (not something they have done before elsewhere) or expect the sports themselves to produce their own content?
Given there are existing contracts in place with other sports I don’t see much changing. They may look to cut costs from production though.

Yeah but now they can attend as a partner and make their pitches to people like ESPN

I agree Foxtel is losing it's value hence why I don't see DAZN not making changes somewhere. How big those changes are is the unknown

Them producing content doesn't fit with what we have seen from them up until now and while it will cost customers it is also cheaper to take the F1 feed and so on.
