Actually I don't have a problem with the signing. It comes at the expense of only a 6th round draft pick and we get a 7th in return.

McClain is a former 1st round pick. So if it works out we get a cheap bargin. If it doesn't then we don't lose much if anything at all.

There is some mild speculation that the source of this had said Chip Kelly's first round pick had tested positive but was actually referencing Dion Jordan, rather than Lane Johnson

Im holding out hope that this going on so long without word from the NFL means Lane is sweet

Deserves to retire a falcon, and I'm guessing a longer deal allows them to extend Julio this year.

If he stays healthy he's still productive, he was great down the stretch last year despite the rest of the teams problems
