Neither party are completely blameless in this situation and the end result can only be positive for Newcastle.

But it should be noted the FFA tried on several occasions to meet with HSG (prior to these latest happenings) and on each occasion HSG were the ones who pulled out. So to say the FFA did absolutely nothing and should have done more is blatantly wrong.

Who said that. I said the FFA did not fill HSG in on the purchase price of licences. They cashed in there. Cash they desperately need. The FFA is a shambles. You need only look at the NQ franchise, the Gold Coast and the Jets. How about the $45 mill plugged into one vote for the World Cup on behalf of all taxpayers. Brilliant stuff. Without HSG there is no Jets. You do realise this? No-one else will pour the millions needed to keep them going. It looks as though the FFA now realise that.
