Hmm - loved him while he was here but think his time has passed. Unless its for depth. Otherwise he'd just be in the way of our juniors developing

I agree with this. He's 31, 32 by the time next season starts (or close to). He's in Japan, no doubt earning big coin. I could see the benefit if he was to play NSW Cup and try to push for a spot there, but unless he's incredibly home sick, why would he do that for the amount of money we should pay for a guy who is that age, and hasn't played in the NRL since 2015?

We have some big talent coming through the centres, unless he wants to play up front ala late career Ruben Wiki.

Very interesting that the Warriors socials promoted it.

Certainly not needed.

We have three genuine up and coming specialist centers. We have already tried this ex Warrior wants back in RTS and he is also meant to be a center.

With Roger here there is no club man value to adding a guy who has been away a lot longer, it would be a poor mans RTS signing.

If you add this guy you have five centers......four is a good number, five is wasting cap space and blocking spots for development.

Not interested. Even if a depth signing. We need to encourage our pathways, not put roadblocks in the players way. Otherwise they will make a beeline to Aussie.

Agree with the general sentiment here, 3-4 years too late, unless he wants to come and play NSW cup for semi-pro money.

Hot take but everything I've seen from this bloke in terms of both social media presence and on-field behaviour says that he is an absolute first-rate tosser.

Yea this feels odd. I get the romanticism of it but hard to see the upside for either club or player.

The homesick thing could have some legs.. he didn't see out his French contract for family reasons apparently, so that could still be a thing. But even so, an SR return would make far more sense. For everyone.

if you want a career as a professional footballer i dont think homesickness should be in your make up. Just my opinion.

I agree with the consensus. Loved him when here, but too late

Also, I should get around to changing my profile pic

haha, somehow despite reading thousands of your posts I had never consciously absorbed the fact that your profile associates you with Laumape. It only occurred to me after I made that last post and then felt a bit bad about having a personal crack at your guy.
