The thing for me, albeit in this one game, was that Tricky was more "the man" than Nicho was.

Not that Nicho didn't play well, he did, it was just evident that it was Trix running the show IMO.

Both had a couple of wonky kicks. Trix when he kicked downtown to what looked to be for JAC and HTF but it went the oter way where there was no one chasing. Nicho had a couple of those nothing kicks, not a bomb, not a distance kick, not a gras finder. Just a couple of WTF kicks.

Very encouraging performance and was just great to see Trindall get the Preston Medal.
Those kicks are called a 5/30. It’s a coached kick.
5 second hang time.
30 m carry.
Apparently the exact time it takes to tackle the catcher just as he catches it

Surprised v'landys hasn't made all kicks caught on the full a zero tackle.

Based on Luke Covell's speed? 5 seconds for an NRL player to run 30 metres?

The best vision was when Trindall overplayed his hand down the left side and ended up making an error. He was filthy with himself cos he knew he f**ked up. That’s exactly what we need. Moylan never did that. He just f**ked up and smiled.
