Nick 'Eugene' Dinsmore hospitalized, suspended

Nick 'Eugene' Dinsmore was rushed to the hospital last night in Manchester.

He has since been released from the hospital, sent home and suspended indefinitely. WWE.com will have more details as they become available.

Maybe this is the wrestler who was on 'death watch'. I hate speculating on that sort of stuff so i'll leave it at that.

I daresay Nick just had too much to drink, got into a fight, or overdosed. You don't get suspended for being legitimately ill.

I don't like the whole "Death Watch" thread - it was rather upsetting.

But I doubt it was him - didn't the article say that this mystery persona's possible detah would cause more concern and backlash than Eddie's death?

Eugene is hardly more popular than Eddie...At least I think so...

Yep I've read a bit of that as well. Would be good if they throw away the Eugene character, whoever made the character up should be thrown into a dam with a pile of sharks.

Getting rid of the eugene charactor is a good idea but i dont play into the bagging of that charactor, i think it was a pretty good and original gimmick, allowed him to get a fan base and some solid TV time
the only backlash i saw was how difficult it would be to drop that gimmick

I thought the way they would shake that gimmick was to have him "hit his head" and it knock some sense into him.

Yea i thought that might be a goer or as LF said a few concussions followed up by a vicious chair shot or something, knocking some sense into him

A great wrestling story....hit with a chair and it turns him into a super brain.

It would be funny....something the WWE hasnt been for a long time now.

Imagine if it was like a light switch. Every time he was hit with a chair he would switch between the two.

As a smart guy he could end up being the general manager and then if he was hit with a chair he would make wired matches and stuff.

I think it would add some entertainment to the shows anyway....it needs something because right now there arnt any story lines at all.
