The crowd is going f**king mental.

Underarm ace to win the set!

I reckon the crowd would be extra fired up knowing they are about to have another five day lockdown too!

He is incredible to watch, here’s hoping he holds on from here!

Can't see him getting past Thiem but good on him for pulling back that match. Much more likeable when he's actually showing some heart.
Thiem does seem like a step too far for Nick at the moment.

The positive is no one expects him to win that match and history shows that is when Nick steps up the most.
I think he can win a set
I'm definitely in the pro-Kyrgios camp.

I reckon he is great for tennis. I watched his whole match last night. Only other match I would watch in as much detail is probably a Federer match. And I doubt I'm the only one.
all good now, 2 sets to nil :D

And now that Thiem has kicked, here's the bed-shitting version of Kyrgios.

Good match though, needs to lift and stop f**king about

Kyrios is an enigma.

He had the crowd on rapture arlt the end of the second.

He walked out at the start of the third already talking to himself and being negative before a ball was served, it was weird.

He's like Dr Jekyll and Hyde, sometimes for seemingly no reason.

Bit f**k he's entertaining and a genuinely good player.

His own head is his weakness. Feel bad for him.

I hope he loses after all the embarrassing showboating he did in the 2nd set. I reckon he's had his mental breakdown now though and will turn this around to win it in the 5th.

Sometimes I almost start to believe there's a method to his madness...and then he plays a service game like that one and you think f**k mate even if there is some method to it, f**ken stop it and just do that

Honestly thought he'd come back, only takes 1 game though in matches this tight. Still has a chance to break serve.

Merkined himself with his little showboating psychotic episode. Played 3 very good sets, one classic Kyrgios sulk set and a mental one.

I dislike Nick a lot. But, my goodness he is talented. A better mental approach would have jagged him over the line tonight.....even against a bull like Theim.
I seriously doubt he'll change but he'll need to in order to win the seven games it takes to win a grand slam.

Sensational effort from Theim.
Kyrgios did his usual. Self sabotage is his legacy.
All the talent in the world but severe mental problems and lacking in ticker.

The Djokovic v Fritz crowd need to stick it up their asses....they knew the conditions for going to that match and they could have got a refund....they went so tough titties.
