They're spoon contenders after that performance against Manly, as far as I'm concerned. They'll notch a few close victories during the representative season but when we're coming out the other end and teams are hitting their straps going into the finals, Canberra are gonna have their arses handed to them plenty.

In my opinion, they need the Knights, Warriors and Sharks to keep on imploding in order to avoid it, and at the very least, I can't see the Sharks and Warriors staying glued to the bottom for much longer.

Everyone is acting like Manly have never put a number on an unsuspecting team at Brooky before. They are absolute specials for it every year. I remember last year the Knights got absolutely pummeled into submission at Brooky, and our season turned out OK.

Canberra just need to forget it ever happened and move on to next week. They're not the first, and won't be the last, to cop a toweling at that little shithole. When Manly turn it on and get physical at home, they are bloody hard to even slow down, let alone stop.
