No team has ever won the premiership after conceding 50pts in a regular season match

Like I said a few weeks ago, writing off the Storm is insanity. I sure know who I'd rather be facing in a GF given a choice between them and Souffs or Manly.

Exactly Kungl.
The simple fact about the storm is if Slater, Cronk and Smith have a good game, they WILL win. Doesnt matter what any of those other sides can come up with, if those 3 fire in a single game there isnt a team in the comp that can beat them.

Manly are gaining some momentum and, now too, the Storm are perhaps getting their roll on before the finals. You'd definitely be insane to write them off

I would like to open my arms to any Parra fans who want to come and support The Dogs. The time is now... come my brethren.
I'd rather watch cricket. And I'd rather stick my dick in a blender than watch cricket.

Parra could win 100 spoons in a row and I'd still support them over super league scum.

After tonight, methinks Souths will have 50 put on them and judged by this criteria, be out of the running for 2013. Sigh.

R69 I have to agree.

I know the Storm looked good today against the Raiders. But any team would have beaten Canberra today.

Yes the top four teams are clearly better then the rest. Melbourne for the past month have looked ordinary.

I still believe the premiership battle is a two horse race between the Roosters and Souths.

Tonight should be another good test for souths. Last year in the finals you guys were laughable against us and yet again earlier this season it never really looked in doubt. The storm always look worse against lower opposition and step up when it counts just as they have this year. Form against anyone but the top teams doesn't really matter.

Personally i think as a club we have far more to fear from the bottom 4 of the top 8 than we do souths.

Also aren't you getting a bit of deja vu from last year? We were written off around origin then as well. Personally i think we will fall short this year but anyone writing off either manly or the storm are out of their minds.

Last time I checked, Hunt and Norman are 2 and 0 and the top and have never been belted by 52 points. The Eels didn't show close to half the resolve to win that we have.

Next time you should recheck the last time you checked because Norman is 1-1 the last time i checked
