He'll go alright. At least he can teach a few of the young blokes a thing or two so the Tigers will get good value out of him.

He'll go as good as Rogers and Sailor did, probably even better.

Actually, following Moffo's comments, Lote will now win the Dally M in 2009.

He will go much better than Sailor did on his return. Completely different style of player to Rogers - but Lote will have a bigger impact.

I don't think there's much doubt he'll be a good winger at the very least. He's still a big boy with reasonable pace. I can't see it being a disaster. At best, I wouldn't be surprised if he forces his way into the Queensland team. I can see him surpassing Boyd.

Sheens has mentioned fullback for him eventually, after some time on the wing first to get up to speed.

It'll be interesting to see who's return is more successful out of him and Tahu. I'm tipping Tahu, but I reckon there's a bit more of Lote to give to League before he retires.

The game has changed a fair bit since Lote left. He might get found out defencivly on the wing or at center a bit. Fullback id say would be safer for him to go to, if hes fit enough of course.

Tahu easily. Lote's been in semi retirement for a decade.

I wonder if he'll be like those old Union converts from way back, rather than get tackled they kick out on the full.

f**k Lote.

Early season injury, sitting in the stands, money for jam. Then retire and (hopefully) be less overexposed than his mate Wendell.

Im sure he will be fine, given a bit of time. I mean he was class. He would of lost a yard or two, but he is a big hombre and still a pretty good athlete. Has not scored many tries lately in Union, although we all know that is a joke of a game where the tactics are pretty much 1. kick it away 2. kick for goal 3. make 0.3m surges with forwards in the ruck. Easy money but hard to gauge if Lote has lost it or not.

If old man dell can have a decent season at 35, Lote should be able to kill it. I suspect the Tigers will be big crowd pullers once again, nowits time for the players to back it up. We could easily make the Top 4 in 2010 if we play to our ability and the great Shines doesn't f!ck things up.

If we don't make the 8 of a 16 team competition with the roster we have it is an utter crime and Sheens should be thrown in jail and the key thrown away forever.

Marshall, Farah, Tuqiri, Tuiaki, Ellis, Lawrence, Galloway, Heighington and Molzten in particular are all players that would walk into most clubs in the NRL. Sure, we have a few average players like Ryan, Fitzhenry, Gibbs etc. but generally the rest of our squad is filled with very capable, experienced players (Payten, Fulton, Cayless) and some decent/very good younger players (Taumata, Ayshford, Dwyer, Mataka).

There are simply no excuses anymore, NONE whatsoever.

Also, we will get (and already have) MASSIVE publicity out of this.
