Dolphins take the title!!! Good game! I move to Brisbane this year and my local adopted team wins the ISC!! How good is that!!!
They’ve won quite a few without you here as well. They are like the Melbourne Storm of the ISC, but with more merkiny fans.

Hey, has anyone heard that Eelogical has moved to Brisbane?

I wasn’t sure if he’s told anyone yet.

So there will be a Thursday/Friday night show after the footy, just not the Big Marn in a dress or that idiot Beau Ryan belittling merkins in Church St Mall.
I figured it would just be extended post match coverage of the game, similar to what they did during the finals.

The Club notes reports in today's media in relation to the future structure of its football department.

As was shared with you at our Member Forum on Wednesday night, the Club is in ongoing discussions with a number of outstanding candidates to ensure the highest level of professional coaching for its playing group in response to Trent Barrett's resignation.

These discussions remain ongoing and as advised on Wednesday, the Club expects to confirm the outcomes of them in the very near future.

As a part of this process, it became clear yesterday that the Club could not meet the proposed terms of one of these potential candidates, Michael Maguire, and negotiations came to an end.

The Club remains in discussions with several experienced and highly qualified candidates with a view to making this key appointment as a priority.

Rarely could I agree more with a journalist on the Inglis drink-driving thing:

Whatever Pearce and Fifita might’ve done to adversely affect the public’s perception of the image of the sport, what Inglis has fairly admitted to is much worse. Likewise, whatever damage was inflicted on rugby league’s "brand" through the naked, booze-fuelled Mad Monday antics of however many Bulldogs players, it’s no damage at all compared to an Australian captain driving drunk at speed in the first hours of his reign.
