Some dude on the radio said it’s international fish and chips day. How can this happen!! Can’t everything just have its own day and if there is no days left then bad luck you miss out.

The concept of there being only 365 slots for <insert food name> Day, strangely makes me think of one of my staff who is Jehovah Witness. Early on she was trying to Jedi me into her order (now given up on me - I'm going to hell), anyway she was telling me that in the JW world there are only 144,000 slots for people in heaven and that they have already been filled.

Sounds like a rort to me.

The closest I could find to International Fish and Chips day is here, which says it's a British national food day. And it's tomorrow anyway.
