Back on topic, the racing industry (horses and dogs) breed them like rabbits and most of them end up on the scrap heap. Slow pups are killed and dumped and horses are sold for pet food.
Well that’s a different argument then poor horse got shot because he broke a leg. I don’t have a problem with horses being sold for pet food. It’s a need that a dead horse can cover. The dogs are different but it’s only the bad ones that do shit like that. I know a dog trainer and he doesn’t do that and hates those type of practices. Some people kill humans and dump them, should we stop breeding?

I've already said that I don't have a super big issue with racing. The idiots on the TV like Gai Waterhouse and the Inglis mob etc literally breed 1,000s of horses and only a tiny percentage even get to race. So let's not fall for the sport of kings romantic crap. Most of the horses end up like Connor Broadhurst.

No, we shouldn't stop breeding humans but the gene pool could do with a little chlorine from time to time.

Does it matter though if the ones that don’t race end up as dog food? Dogs have got to eat something.
Who’s falling for anything? I just think do gooders are hypocrites, in fact they probably own pets from backyard pet factories then feed them pet food with horse in it.

The greatest tragedy in a world full of red tape and where you need a license to do just about anything is the fact that you don’t need a license to breed

A horse is a horse, of course of course. It's also a valuable food resource...
Whilst celebrating fancy hat day, i had a chat to some italian heritage colleagues who said coles ans woolies need a horse meat section like back in most places in europe - next to the kangaroo meat

Is it legal to sell for human consumption here? I can't see why it shouldn't be but we do like to ban stuff.
