Big Jewish School here but their students don’t live around here. They live walking distance to their Synagogues, so Bellevue Hill, North Bondi, Rose Bay, Dover Heights and Vaucluse —-> Shabbat .

So spray them first then paint walls. I need to sand floors anyhows. They are f**ked.

Yes. Depending on whether you've added floorboards on top of floorboards or have really thick carpet.
