Nah, languages.
There are also some dialects but likely 250-300 distinct languages.
The language I am most familiar with, Pitjantjatjara, is vastly different to any of the Yolngu Marta languages and even other Central desert languages to the north and east. The languages of the Adelaide plains and south east are also vastly different to the languages from the eastern side of Australia.
