Whats the deal with getting a bond back for a rental?
I have a friend where the real estate is arguing over what seems petty things. I've been to the place and it was in fair condition when they originally vacated. Perhaos a 20yr old place. But quite run down and plenty of marks on walls prior.
The real estate is arguing additional marks on walls and found dust in places so won't return bond.
