They were sending Trump a message that they don't like what he stands for, his misogynistic views and the assembly of old farts that he has gathered. They don't trust him and will rise against him if he tries to f**k them over.

I'm not 100% sure as although it relates to Trump, it specifically states that it's a woman's march, not "everybody against Trump" march........

I get it, they are making a point about what they think is coming but it is odd that it isn't including everything they are worried about?

I don't have any issues with the protests, as futile as they are, my post was in response to how childish it sounds to say "they don't like him and will rise against him if he tries to f**k them over". That's cringeworthy...

Tbf if their electorates are anything like ours then a lot of the time voting is pointless. You know who's going to win. And I suspect the vast majority of the protesters did vote. They just don't like the result.
