I've been involunarily practising - haven't touched a drop since 18 Dec when I caught Covid... Would love to have a drink, but I still haven't got my taste and smell back for a lot of foods and other drinks (coffee).

I'm not yet game to try any favoured beer,wine or spirit and be disappointed that I can't enjoy the taste! Hopefully by the end of the month?

Another miserable day so we went to friendship farm and a kid got bitten by a donkey. Here are some highlights.


Old bearpig here is sick of us tourists.


We got some racing tips from a descendent of Mr Ed.


This guy must have escaped, don’t blame him.


An Alpalama or Lapacha. Hybridy thing, whatever he is, he’s furry and chilled. Reminds me of one of the neighbours.

Has VB made a comeback out your way? Its funny around here how all the HIPSTERS wouldn't touch it. Barely could find it on tap. Now its a retro beer and KOOL. It's on TAP everywhere now.
