Yeh, that was pretty bad.
It was in demo stage so maybe it was built poorly in the first place?
Many 30 - 40+ storey buildings in the CBD have been demolished recently for the new Metro towers without a problem .

Ah I've seen that. I assumed they where taking it down to put a high riser. It looked more like office space type of building.
