Cooking a 600g rib eye on the bone as we speak (will slice for 2 people). Probably not as good as Neil's, but with my blue cheese sauce (i.e. cream with gorgonzola melted into it and a bit of pepper) it is magic.

Perry is a merkin. rib eye was $79. Sides ? Yeah you have to pay for them. $25 for sauté mushrooms. $110 for a "cheapie red".

Good steak tho ....

Nah, beef's fine the day before it goes out date. Chicken/pork have much less margin for error.

Black on the outside, blue on the inside is the way I do it.
