What I like is that it's easy to start and easy to build onto. If I'm just adding a bedroom I drop in a container and get an electrician in. Put a window in and I'm set. The other stuff I can really do myself

Apart from the initial purchase I won't need to borrow anything further as I can expand easily based on what I save, so I'm not paying interest on a larger, up-front loan.

I work in logistics so I know how sound they are and see their value every day.

Like I said, I'm toying with the idea. Still don't have the balls to do it, yet.

It's actually not a bad idea, modular homes are in at the moment, easy expansion, and no reason you can't make them look nice and homey on the inside.

If you do it, you should take progress pics of the build, I'd be interested to see how it's done.

Abbott probably just destroyed Slipper so there would be 1 less vote in favour of g@y marriage if and when the time came for the vote! :lol:
