Flat track bullies. Get them in dew or rain and they have no plan B

All good. I think they are a really dangerous side who have the one X factor we don’t in Latrell.

I’m not suggesting we can’t beat them but both sides at there best on the day at full strength, they have the one player in the backs that we simply don’t have.

They are a major threat. They have a really strong forward pack, great depth, outstanding backs, a match winner in Latrell the list goes on.

They are also playing out in the media their reason for not offering their captain and half back a longer term deal. Which could impact their season if it continues.

Putting it out to the media that he can’t train mid week due to previous injuries, to lower his value, is a really low thing to do to their captain and loyal long serving player.

If you look at our roster pain from this past 12 months, most recently the departure of Billy Burns, well then surely the Bunnies would have to be shedding as many players as we have if the salary cap means anything.

There roster is stacked, seriously stacked, with high earners marquee players. Not unlike us they have some really high quality youngsters either in there top 17 or coming thru.

Have a look at there top 17 and another look at the players they have in there ranks beyond there top 17. If we had to release or not re-sign Tamou, Tetevavo, Jed, Ellis, Cartwright, Blore (both), Burns, Aekins, Mansour, Whare, Burton, Laurie and I’m sure there are others I have missed do you not think the Bunnies should endure similar salary cap issues.

I don’t have an issue with them only offering Reynolds a one year deal, totally get why they may choose to do that. Even Reynolds did, and it was all amicable that he may have look elsewhere to get a longer deal.

Then it got released in the media that he isn’t able to train a full week because of his injuries, and his manager claimed it was Souths that spread this to reduce his appeal and value in the market.

Sure but Stephen Crichton may be on the same level as Latrell soon enough.

Watching this game live is it just me or is Cooper Cronk painful to listen to. He takes five sentences to what he could probably say in one. Maybe it is just me but his over elaborate explanations and analysis does my head in.

It's because intelligence is scary to nrl fans.

I honestly worry about cooper listening to him speak he is a smart guy but he just stuffs up so many sentences. “When the panthers found their click” was something he said after the game. He’s been in tv for a while now you’d think he would get better but it’s getting worse.

Compared to Rex Mossop Cronk could teach Grammar at Oxford.

Cronk is more suited to pre & post game stuff imo. He is clearly intelligent & knows what he wants to say, but seems to struggle articulating while keeping on pace with the game. He would be great on something like the one Matt Elliott used to do.

Hetherington is actually fast for a prop. Really needs to use it with ball in hand instead of trying to get suspended.

Well it looks like the attacking wizard Barrett is not going to win the grand final this year.No team that has let in 50 has won

I guess the highlight was that they at least scored some points this week.

But how f**ked is Barrett with the team he has. He moved the fullback he signed, to wing after 3 losses, then to centre after the 4th loss. And has moved the winger they overpaid majorly for to play centre for them, back to the wing after only 4 rounds of losing with him playing at centre.
