Ok I have never bet on anything on anything at all, the pokies always seem the easier option. But I want to try a have a crack at the rugby league betting, and have no idea what so ever.

1. How do place bets on the league, I have no big tab venues as I only live in a country town so the pub is the only betting place I have.

2. What is the margin they give e.g. 14 points start or margin how does it all work.

Cheers all help will be greatly appreciated

The best option is to have a look at the website. www.nswtab.com.au (click on "tab sportsbet")
Browse around and see all the options they offer, then instead of going to the TAB for the bets and having to fill in the ticket making sure of everything is correct, join NET TAB, its pretty easy and you can bet at the touch of a button.

if i join net tab will the require a credit card, all i want to do is bet on certain games that i like the odds for or do you have to bet on all the games in the rounds.

I have never seen the form i have seen the forms for the horses dogs etc where are the forms for the league.

I get a few forms for the League.
I think one is from the tab's weekly newsletter.(you can tick a box on your account I think).
Centrebet supplies one as well.
I get them each week (around Thursday via e-mail).
Might be related to the tipping comp too so I'm not sure where it originates from but they turn up every week.
