We will never ever win a comp with this board in charge. They have proven themselves incompetent and should go now... Steve Rogers was a great footballer - but that is all.

Good call. They should be asked" why they should continue being on the Sharks board." They would struggle to justify. They certainly won't be saying because we led the club to a premiership........

Sorry SS should have worded it better- I know Steve Rogers isn't on the board but he is employed for them and in my opinion has had much to do in this sad saga.[/quote]

from what i saw on ch 10 last night, anderson looked very pissed off......
can't blame him really the man just lost his job, yet the blokes that should have gone with him were the board lock stock and barrel. ando will now take the club to court and get all his contract money and more and that is a fact. anyone here who dosen't think that will happen are living ina fantasy world, anderson will sue for breach of contract and he will sue BIG time.

For some reason the board must believe that they are going to get away with not having to pay Ando. I find this hard to believe but they must think their third breach notice will stick and Ando will be fairly dismissed. I hope they are right, otherwise it won't matter if the board go aswell, there will be no sharks.

This must surely be the only foot they have to stand on - the fact they have issued 3 warnings. Sounds pretty flimsy to me. I say this will go to court and Ando will be paid out

Steve Rogers is just as much a servant of the Board as Chris Anderson was until 7.30pm last night.

His job is to carry out instructions dished out to him by the board.

He does not always like or agree with those instructions.

Yes, he has influence, but ultimately BP and his Board are an entirely separate entity to the office of CEO.

Stop confusing the two.
