Both sides could argue about dud calls, personally I think it evened out and in the end all that could split them was a Milford ripper of a firld goal.


Just on a different note. I think some people are overstating Anthony Milford's performance- he did make a couple breaks, one of them resulted in a 90m try, and he did kick the winning field goal. But he also did a ill-advised grubber at the 50m line which resulted in a Cowboys try. The Broncos almost lost the game because of that play in such a critical moment in the game.

Same could be said for Thurston and Morgan the last 2 times the clubs met. Sometimes though all it takes is a couple of moments of brilliance from a star to win a game

Yeah of course, the good players always take risks and sometimes they don't pay off but they keep trying.
I don't see the Broncos winning that game without Milford kicking that arsy field goal.
