Two benchmark teams of the comp, Hunt's kicking game so poor.....both these teams play at a cracking pace.

They are both a step up from us. It will certainly tell us where we are in the pecking order. Both sides are very dangerous with the ball & are well coached will be a tough trip.

I'd be stoked if we won one of those games......

I am travelling down to Qld for the Titans game....if anybody up for a meet up and a beer or 3.
Me too, will cya there.

I think tonight you cant judge too much into it.. Both teams were both very very up for that match.. for obvious reasons... and they delivered! You can see from other results what happens when a team is up, and a team is down on a given week.

I dont have expectations yet.. but I think our D is better than both teams... but we really dont have the x-factor of either team, milf & roberts for the broncs (milf was busting tackles at will), JT/Morgan/Coote/Granville for the Cowboys they are very hard to contain, and once they are thru we dont have the speed to catch them... and the Titans are no guaranteed win either.. lets hope were not 0/2 going into that game!

Agreed, play the ball and dummy half passing so fast and slick. Even the big forwards all quick of the mark. October is a long way off.....though.

If we can come out of QLD with 2 out of 3 I would be ecstatic. Hopefully the game tonight has taken some wind out of both teams for the coming weeks.
I will take 2 wins out of the next 4 as just a pass mark including Penrith game tomorrow.
3/4 will be a great effort and I will be first to congratulate coaching / playing staff. 1/4 our season is heading to doom as we are already at about full strength luckily.

Mate these two teams are playing a different game to us. No matter how switched on we are, we ain't producing footy like these two teams. They are in a different class. Match winners all across the park and both teams oozing with speed. And most importantly, their spine players are amongst the best in the comp.

You're right, we have no speed to match them. Milford and Roberts, and Granville and Morgan will tear us apart unless our D is on.

We can only hope that that game has taken a toll on both of them, but we will do well to beat either of these teams. If we beat one of them, Ill be stoked, and the GC game really becomes a must win (as is this weekend).

It's quite an intimidating road trip, but I'm sure the boys will be up for it.

They'll need to show the same attitude and venom in defence as last week. Having said that, the Broncos and Cowboys just have so many points in them and we can't rely on our defence alone to win. The attack has to click into gear and we have to take every opportunity that comes our way. That means showing something in attack that we haven't seen yet. If this can happen, we may be a big chance of springing an upset (or hopefully two).

One thing's for sure...if we get the first 2 victories, I'll be cashing out my multi bet cause dollars to doughnuts, we'd drop the Titans game. Burnt one too many times previously.
