DCE apparently living in a house last year when the rest of the team had to live in the hotel.
Ever since the club signed DCE for 10 years you knew that the club was going to suffer.

Gus is correct in saying that sacking Hasler won’t fix Manly’s problems.

You are also correct in pointing out that Gus is a hypocrite.

One of the great ambushes even the great Wayne Bennett didn't see coming.

It was perfect timing really we had won 7 or 8 in a row so a loss a week out from finals was perfect. To get us off a long streak.

So they went off deluxe about the May suspended suspension.
And i think it is nuts the NRL suddenly decided this is a thing.

But i recall many media types have been wanting finals to be treated as more important for quite a while. I wonder if any of those 4 had been talking it up in the past.

I actually think there is something in this, not to the same degree and I’m sure it wasn’t in the plan to lose to tiges/ dogs et al but I’m certain that BA has taken from our last few seasons to manage our effort across the length of the season to have us firing at the right time which might have contributed to a few of poor performances throughout the year.
