I actually think there is something in this, not to the same degree and I’m sure it wasn’t in the plan to lose to tiges/ dogs et al but I’m certain that BA has taken from our last few seasons to manage our effort across the length of the season to have us firing at the right time which might have contributed to a few of poor performances throughout the year.

It's certainly possible. Let's hope so.

I remember hearing a quote years ago, which was made by some foreign reporter in Australia, that the problem with Australian media was that there’s too many journalists and not enough news. I often think of that when watching the unnecessarily bloated rugby league news shows.
