Kent thinks Wayne would go to us over Souths

he may be right as Souffs have their roster reasonably in tack, thier problem seems to be different to ours

we're missing Mitch but I dont think all our problems will disappear when he gets back

having said that, I dont think Benny will go to either club

The thing I like about a Bennett appointment is that MON and other shit bag hangers on would be swept aside. A head coach should have autonomy. Putting a less season coach in and surrounding him with f**kwits is a recipe for disappointment.
And this is your best post this season.

Bennett would know Souths are a complete mess and a fractured club.

Unless they punt Latrell off for good i dont think it will be fixed.

We have a good nucleus.

Wayne can sprinkle his magic dust over the squad.

Moses & Drown are here for 5 more years at least in there prime so technically we should be in the window for another 5 years if we can get enough talent & strike out wide.

We just need the forwards to do a simple job for the halves win the go-forward.

Bennett would fix the Defence as well

There really should be no shame or the board being scared in having a crack at Bennett even if he wants to stay in QLD.

If he doesn't come well he doesnt come but it would be very negligent by the current board by not asking the question and you have to question if they are the right people to take this club forward post BA.

We seem like a club run by people who are paralyzed in quicksand too afraid to take a risk but the biggest risk atm is actually standing still expecting things will just magically improve from the status quo.

Were in a good financial state now as a football club probably the best in the clubs history we have the biggest membership base in Sydney playing in one of the best RL stadiums in the country.

If thats not appealing for any coaches on the market let alone one in Bennett that loves a challenge and would love complete his legacy alongside one of his idols in Gibson by winning a premiership and breaking a premiership drought at Parramatta i dont know what is actually appealing.

BA will be looked after elsewhere he has done enough here for another club to be confident enough to snap him quick-smart he is a decent coach and some of these clubs down the bottom could do no worse then a guy like BA to rebuild them up the ladder.

Does anyone think we are winning a comp anytime soon with the current setup?
Bring uncle Wayne in and what’s our chance now ?

thoughts / comments ?
Increases the Wayne. Will not put up with hopeless merkins like MON and useless assistants like Murphy.

Chris Orr, BAs Manager, seems to be a key player for a few sides. https://www.pacificsportsmanagement.com/client-category/professinal-sports/

He also manages Dometriou, Holbrook, Josh Hannay, and John Morris.

Bennett operates as a 'finders fee' for Managers...

If Chris Orr plays he's cards right, once Dometriou gets shafted, he can get BA and Murphy jobs at Souths, Dometriou a gig as assistant to Woolfe at the Dolphins, a finders fee for Bennett at Parra, with either Josh Hannay, Holbrook or Morris his assistant and the next Head Coach after Bennett...

If we don't get in first soufs will go for Bennett.
Will be very interesting to see where uncle Wayne ends up. Put him up in luxurious Dural hideaway and he will feel like he's not in Sydney.
Kent was saying he will go to a club where he feels he could win a premiership and felt we would better option than soufs

Would dangle the carrot to both Bennet and Bellamy with winning a competition at the Eels and being crowned the best coach in history.

See which one bites.

You still need a good football club though to back whoever comes in and having O'Neil here isn't going to make us a good club

Souths will get Rusty to give Bennett a call to convince him to go there.

maybe we can ask the Red Wiggle to give him a call too so he has options….
