Its exactly as Pou says .... they spend f**k loads analysing what makes people click - then they play up to it .... you can blame THEM for it, but it is as much what the general population WANTS as anything. People lap gossipy rumours up. Thats the current world we live in.

By subscriptions you are talking what? pay tv subscribers? Subscriptions declining is more a product of there being more alternatives now than anything - and people being picky what they spend their hard earned on. Not long ago foxtel was the only option for movies, drama, sport - its spreading to all sorts of places now for all those different areas - its going to wittle down their subscribers for various different reasons
