Kent & Ikin work well together, as do Buzz, Hoops and the others, as soon as Hadley comes in he talks over the top of everyone and really ruins the cohesion imo.

I don't like him but I don't think he's been talking over the top so much as everyone else just shuts up. Paying him too much respect.

It can't be Hadley, surely they realise he's too depressing. Lara is probably seen as too nice or light. Ginnane a possibility but maybe also Vonny. I think it would work best with a Ben Ikin style presenter but can't think who that is atm.
