Listened to this very interesting listen

Summary
- Kent has called his business Tree Enterprises clearly taking the piss out of himself over the incident last year.

- 21 beers is not a lot apparently

- 6 Broken ribs and a collapsed lung from that fight

- Says the 2nd incident wouldn't have happened because of the stigma of the 1st incident being accused of a domestic violence. And getting baited numerous times on the night.

- Wouldn't have been charged if he wasn't public figure.

- Media Landscape has changed everyone is too PC everyone is too scared to offend anyone. Hence why it will be hard to get another job as managements are too scared to be brave & potential backlash.

- Wont apologise for the Anthony Maroon joke. The tax thing was a piss take because he was in on the joke until Maroon decided to walk out. Which was the aim of the joke was.

He stood by his morals and didnt see the point in apologizing publicly for where he felt did nothing wrong. It was a joke amongst mates that dragged on too long.

- With NRL360 everyone whinges about Journos being on the show and need more players & coaches but he said data shows when the journos are on the panel is where the NRL360 ratings are its highest.

And there is a drop off for the 2nd and 3rd segments when coaches, players or ex players appear on the panel.

- Not Fazed if his podcast is a bust just will see where it takes him and goes from there.

His podcast will do well.

The masses gravitate towards edgy characters who will speak their mind. Even if they do not like them.

Whether you like him or not, people find him interesting and no doubt enjoy listening to a completely uncensored Paul Kent.

What Kent said about how the data fox use and the ratings actually drop after the 1st segment is probably pretty accurate.

I usually tune out and move on after the first segment once the journos go.

I am not interested in seeing players from other sides come on and talk about there teams or ex players like Elias dribble shit. Its the most boring part of the show.

I dont think Tallis offers enough as a co host to cover Braith.

I think Dan Ginnane would be a great host over Braith personally.

But the mix isnt right atm.

Player interviews are boring as hell. Even if they're from my club. They all say the same shit, and the questions thrown at them are the same as well. Most current coaches are the same. Also most players can barely talk properly, which doesn't help things.

Ex-players are more interesting because they don't have to hold back most of the time, but still most of them are morons (Blocker; Spud, Corey Parker, Tallis) so they barely come out with anything intelligent.

Having the journos there is good....the problem is that all these journos are awful. They are either idiots as much as the players are (Hooper), spin bullshit (Rothfield) or just plain unlikeable (Kent).

If we had some actual proper, likeable journos on there it would be much better.

There got Lara Pitt

Why they don't use her more often and put her on there.

I remember a few times she appeared on 360 as one of the journos she was running rings around the blokes with there little agendas.

If they had any balls they’d just ask Kent to come back. He was the f**king show.
